2011 Army Professional Campaign Survey II
Dec 08, 2011 -- Last January, the Army launched an introspective campaign to assess the state of the Army profession after 10 years of persistent conflict. Throughout the past ten months, Soldiers and Army civilians have partnered with the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) through focus groups, conferences, online forums, blogs, and surveys to produce data and insights that will result in the "Army Profession Report." The report will be given to senior Army leaders in early 2012.
This past November, the Army Research Institute randomly selected Soldiers and Army civilians to participate in a second, follow-up, survey. The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete and is a key component to the senior leader report. Soldiers and Army civilians who didn't receive an e-mail from Army Research Institute can still participate in the survey at https://secureweb.hqda.pentagon.mil/ariweb/APC2_NOV11.
Completed surveys will be accepted thru December 15. Members of the Senior Executive Service and General Officers are not included in this survey. https://forums.army.mil/SECURE/CommunityBrowser.aspx?id=1625783
