Crystal Trophy presented to
AG1CP's own Daisy Crowley

The Theodore Roosevelt Workers' Compensation and Disability Management Award is presented each year to the best workers compensation program in the federal government. A competition is held each year, open to all agencies, and the winner is selected by a panel of compensation experts and previous winners. A crystal trophy, sponsored by Risk and Insurance Magazine, is presented to the winning agency.

The award was named in honor of President Theodore Roosevelt, who in 1908 introduced the first piece of significant workers' compensation legislation in the United States.

In 2011, Daisy Crowley was honored to accept the award on behalf of everyone in the Army who worked to reduce the number of cases and cost of workers compensation.
