Office of Personnel Mgmt seal Accelerated Training and Promotion Plan for Registered Nurses: On March 11, 2015, the Office of Personnel Mgmt approved a request to extend the Army Medical Command's (MEDCOM's) training agreement for Registered Nurses. [Read memo 1]   The extension covers employees at the GS-0610-5/7/9 levels located at MEDCOM facilities worldwide. The approval enables MEDCOM to promote at an accelerated rate. A follow-up OPM clarifying message was issued on April 6, 2015, extending the training agreement until March 31, 2025... [Read memo 2]
