Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) - NAF

Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) applies to persons who perform duty, voluntarily or involuntarily, in the uniformed services. NAF employees who have served on military duty may have reemployment rights in accordance with USERRA. Under this act, employers generally must reemploy employees who return from service in the uniformed service unless the military service exceeded five years.

NAF employees with questions regarding reemployment rights under USERRA should contact their servicing legal office.
