Performance Management - DCIPS

DCIPS replaces CIPMS. Until all references can be updated, both terms may appear and are considered interchangeable.

DCIPS employees are covered by the Total Army Performance Evaluation System (TAPES). With increased emphasis on continued training and professional development, it is important to note that TAPES provides an effective vehicle for documenting training objectives and accomplishments as part of the annual performance review and evaluation process. DCIPS supervisors and employees should remember to include training and development objectives in their support forms.

Note: All career program 35 careerists are required to have a training objective to ensure continuous learning/growth and development to meet the challenges facing the Intelligence Community. This objective must be considered in the final rating.
