The President's Award for Distinguished Federal Civilian Service is the highest honorary award that the Federal Government can grant to career employees.

Eligibility:

• All career Federal civilian employees may be considered for this award.

• This award is given to recognize exceptional achievements that are of unusual benefit to the Nation.
