On the Spot Cash Award - OTS

The On-the-Spot Cash Award (OTS) is a small Special Act or Service Award ($50 to $500) which may be given by a supervisor for the day to day accomplishments of subordinate employees. DA Form 1256 is used to nominate and approve the OTS.

Eligibility:

• All Army civilian employees paid from appropriated funds and direct hire foreign national are eligible for consideration.

Criteria:

• This award may be used to recognize employees for superior accomplishments.
