Federal employees received a pay adjustment this year. The SF-50s documenting the adjustment will be available for review in eOPF. Employees will receive a new document notification from eOPF when the SF-50 is loaded into the employee's eOPF. We realize that many do not login to eOPF on a regular basis and will have to change or request a new password to access their eOPF. Because this is affecting the entire Federal employee population, there will be a tremendous surge of helpdesk requests during a short period of time. The eOPF helpdesk can only handle so many requests per day and requestors may experience delays in helpdesk response.
However, you can get a jump on this by logging into eOPF now and ensuring your access is current. Please take a moment to do the following:
- Login to eOPF - https://eopf1.nbc.gov/army/
- If your password has expired, you can use the self-service to change your password.
- If you are unable to use the self-service feature to change your password, please click on the "REQUEST NEW PASSWORD" link below the "SUBMIT" button on the login screen and follow the prompts.
Taking a moment to perform these steps now will enable access to your eOPF when the pay adjustment SF-50s are loaded.
Army employees may also access their SF-50s via the Army portal (https://acpol.army.mil/ako/cpolmain/ ). Click on the "Employee" tab, then "My SF50" to retrieve a copy of your pay adjustment.
