1. REFERENCE ANNOUNCED EXTENSION OF THE FFLA TO ALL ARMY NAF EMPLOYEES.

2. ALL ELEMENTS OF PUBLIC LAW (PL) 103-388 EFFECTIVE 2 DEC 94 INCLUDING REMOVAL OF THE 3-YEAR BREAK-IN-SERVICE LIMITATION ON THE RECREDIT OF SICK LEAVE UPON REEMPLOYMENT; AS WELL AS THE PORTION OF PL 103-329 AUTHORIZING USE OF SICK LEAVE FOR ADOPTION RELATED PURPOSES ARE APPLICABLE TO NAF EMPLOYEES.

3. THE PROVISIONS FOR USAGE ESTABLISHED BY THE OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT (OPM) REGULATIONS WILL APPLY TO NAF EXCEPT THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. RECORD OF NAF USAGE WILL BE MAINTAINED BY MANAGEMENT.
