Password Issues

Some parts of CPOL, Army.mil and other military web sites are made available through User Authentication systems that require an individual UserID and password. There are a number of different password systems in use - some are related to specific servers or applications, some use the AKO password system.

Are You having Problems With:

AKO Password system:    All AKO users are required to change their password every 150 days. If you are unable to gain access to the Portal using your AKO userids, your AKO password may have expired. To change your password, log into AKO (https://www.us.army.mil), click on the "My Account" link in the upper right corner, and then click on the "Change Password" button in the toolbar. If you have any questions about your AKO account, please email the AKO Help Desk at help@us.army.mil.
