The 2011 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey results can be found below.

This report includes information from the ANNUAL EMPLOYEE SURVEY, required by law. The survey measures employees' perceptions of whether, and to what extent, conditions which characterize successful organizations are present in Army. The report contains several analyses comparing Army with government-wide data and showing Army trends over the 2006, 2008 and 2010 surveys. Among notable findings was that Employee Engagement measures remained high. Army employees continued to agree that they are willing to put in extra effort, they are looking for ways to do their jobs better and that their work is important.
