Effective on close of business January 13, 2003, Resumix will replace ACCES as the automated recruitment tool for career program positions covered under references b and c above.
  1. a. The provisions of AR 690-950, Chapter 2, Merit Placement and Outside Recruitment concerning area of consideration and recruitment sources continue in effect for positions at the mandatory referral level (Table 1-2, reference b).

  2. b. A chart showing career program unique requirements and functional points of contact is enclosed.
